FDA-cleared Elitone and Elitone URGE are now covered by Medicare, providing even more access to women dealing with embarrassing bladder leaks. It’s time to be Boss of Your Bladder®.

Elitone + Medicare

While many women pay out-of-pocket for their device, Elitone and Elitone URGE are covered by Medicare, but requires a prescription (Rx).  To get easy telehealth access you’ll need to follow 3 easy steps.

Step 1: Complete Screening Survey

Before contacting a doctor for a prescription, we recommend completing a short survey to see whether Elitone or Elitone URGE are right for you.

1: CHECK ELIGIBILITY

Elitone and Elitone URGE may not be right for everyone due to certain medical conditions. Completing the eligibility questions helps determine whether you may qualify for a prescription. If you have questions after completing the check, please contact your healthcare provider.

We are accredited to bill Medicare Part B (Original Medicare) for Elitone or Elitone URGE. If you have a different insurance, including Medicare Advantage, we may need to identify an in-network biller to process your claim. This takes additional time, so many patients opt to self-pay instead.

Step 2: Get a Prescription

We’ve partnered with MD Integrations to provide online prescriptions (telehealth – no appointment necessary). Or you can download a form to take to your doctor.

You’ll complete a short online health questionnaire on our secure partner site. A licensed, board-certified physician reviews your information to determine if Elitone or Elitone URGE are appropriate for you. Most patients do not need a scheduled video visit, but you may message the physician if follow-up is needed.

The telehealth consultation costs $22, which is typically less than most in-office copays. You’ll need a photo ID to verify who you are and basic medical and bladder leak history information to complete the forms – about 10 minutes.

The doctor doesn’t start the review until you’ve provided all the required information and completed payment for the visit. Check your email for messages from “Elidah (Elitone)” with instructions for how to upload any missing information. When the process is delayed, it’s often because a patient didn’t upload a picture ID.

After completing your intake form, the doctor typically gets back to you via email within 1-2 business days (but this can vary by state).

if you receive a prescription, YOUR NOT DONE! To keep the process moving, continue to Step 3!

Step 3: Upload Insurance

IMPORTANT! We cannot proceed until we collect your insurance information to confirm eligibility, and process any co-pay. To get started, grab your insurance card(s) and upload them here.

We can’t proceed until we have your insurance information. So upload it now. If you have Medicare Part B, we’ll also ask you to electronically sign a few forms.

Once we have that, we’ll check your eligibility and get back to you with any out-of-pocket payment you’ll need to make. After uploading your insurance info, you should hear from us via TEXT/MOBILE or EMAIL within 2-3 business days. It’s very important that you respond quickly. Your case is put on hold until you reply.  The sooner you respond, the sooner we can get you your Elitone.

Common Delays:

  • The patient doesn’t pickup the call because it’s from an unknown caller
  • We can’t leave a voicemail because the patient’s voicemail is full
  • The email goes into a promotions or spam folder and isn’t seen
  • The patient doesn’t upload their insurance information or sign the required forms

If you’re having difficulty, contact billing@elidah.com

You will be responsible for any co-pay. For Medicare patients without secondary insurance this is typically  around $120. If you have another type of insurance we’ll work with you to find the best payment option.
