Elidah offers a satisfaction guarantee on the ELITONE® device.  We stand behind the quality of ELITONE and hope you are happy with the device.  If you are not satisfied with the product you may return it within 60 calendar days of purchase for a refund or replacement.

If you are considering a return because you are unhappy with the results, please understand that everyone’s body responds to treatment differently.  It may take up to six weeks of consistent use at a high-intensity level before you achieve improvement. For best results, we recommend that you follow the treatment plan provided in the ELITONE User Manual.  Elidah’s Customer Service team is happy to answer any questions you may have. If you still wish to return the product please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Get a Return Authorization Code

  • Find your order number (or receipt if you purchased from a Clinician)
  • Call Customer Service at 978-435-4324.
  • Answer a few questions that will help us serve our customers better.
  • Customer Service will provide a Return Authorization Code.

Step 2: Wrap it up

  • Package the following items inside a small box:
  • The ELITONE device and all accessories (e.g. cables, belt clip, storage case)
  • Unopened GelPad packs only
  • All product documentation (e.g. User Manual, packing slip if available)
  • Receipt or proof of purchase if purchased from a Clinician
  • The Return Authorization Code written on a piece of paper.

Step 3: Send it back to Elidah

  • Ship the product to:

  • There is no restocking fee, but you are responsible for paying the return shipping.
  • We recommend the use of a delivery service that provides package tracking information.
  • Once we receive the return we will issue the refund or product replacement.
  • For refunds, a credit will be applied to the credit card you provided as the original method of payment.  Please allow 14 business days to process the refund.
