“A game changer!!! Love this device. I noticed a difference in just 3 weeks. I am a 20 year nurse with two children. So, I have abused my bladder and pelvic floor with 12 hour standing shifts and no restroom. I can now sneeze, laugh, and cough without having to do the leg cross.”

The flexible, patented shape allows for movement during treatment. They’re gentle on the skin, and can go over some hair (without pulling) but need skin contact. GelPads are reusable at least 3 times, or until they lose adhesion. Unlike other products on the market, there’s no pulling out the measuring tape – our GelPads fit and are effective on all shapes and sizes.

After 6 weeks, most women reduce how often they use Elitone. Additional GelPads for continuing “maintenance” mode are available in packs of 5 for $28. We’ll be sure to check in on you to see how progress is going!

Your package includes the controller, GelPad cable, charging cable, belt clip, user manual, storage case, and 10 GelPads – everything you’ll need to complete 6 weeks of treatment

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return Elitone for a full refund if it’s not working for you

“This device helped with my urine leaks and weak pelvic floor. I had a difficult delivery and I never felt quite right after which. I tried doing kegels, but not until I used the elitone did I realize I was doing them wrong the entire time. I feel more confident in my body, which I personally found worth the cost of this product.” – Ashley ★★★★★

“Do not hesitate to purchase the Elitone URGE if you struggle with urgent bladder issues! This device is AMAZING. I completed the six weeks using it almost every day. Within two weeks I was already seeing great improvement. Prior to using URGE, I would have many accidents usually while trying to unlock my front door or trying to unzip my pants in front of the toilet! I always felt it was more of a mental issue and I needed to ‘think’ away the urge! Well, I now know it is not a mind game (well maybe it is a little bit!) and have NOT ONCE had a major accident. I have leaked a few drops (I always wear a liner) but never once have had to change my clothes. I am now using the URGE a few times a week for maintenance as recommended and couldn’t be happier with the results. With the 8 weeks trial period you are given, you have nothing to lose. You can complete the six weeks, and if you are not happy, simply return the device for a refund. Definitely give this device a try!” – Kathleen ★★★★★

“This review is for those of you with severe incontinence that goes far beyond leaking. I have degenerative disc disease in my back, and the nerve damage led to increasing incontinence. I have exclusively worn briefs for several years, and desperately wanted to change that situation. I didn’t have any idea whether I could see improvement or not. The price of the Elitone is probably equal to about 4-5 months of buying briefs, so the potential savings are huge. I have only been using this for a couple of weeks, but I am already back into panties with a pad! I am so thrilled, and feel like I am regaining my femininity. I am 71 years old, becoming involved in a new romantic relationship and, to be frank, I want to be able to enjoy a sexual relationship without worrying about leaking at the wrong time. I have no doubt that I will continue to see improvement, but so far the results are SO much better than I could have dreamed.” – Dee ★★★★★

“Love it! I have seen a huge difference in my bladder control! I was really skeptical of this being ‘online’ I have almost paid for it in not having to use bulky pads! Thank you Elitone!!” – Kelly ★★★★★

“Cannot believe this worked as well as it did. I went from peeing my pants every time I sneezed if I didn’t stop and cross my legs to not even noticing I’ve sneezed! Just order it already. Too easy!” – Anonymous ★★★★★

“After having 3 kids, I didn’t think anything but surgery would help my symptoms. Elitone has given me back my confidence” – Anonymous ★★★★★

“It improved my stress incontinence 80% within a month. I continue to use it. Can’t recommend highly enough. I’m a physician. I value the research and innovation that went into this device. Much better and safer than a pill or surgery. Thank you to the whole Elitone staff. – Susan ★★★★★

I purchased the Elitone after noticing leaks while running on the treadmill. After a few weeks the leaks were gone! I was using Elitone 3-4 times a week, then replacing the gel pad. For me the sessions seem weaker if I use the gel pad more than 5 times. I would recommend, it’s working for me. – Angela ★★★★★

Ready to Take Back Control?

85% of women take a reactive approach to incontinence by buying pads in perpetuity, or worse, by doing nothing. If you treat your leaks before they’re severe, you’ll save money (and mess and stress) in the long run.

Let’s be honest, no one likes pads. They’re bulky, smelly, and uncomfortable. Not to mention expensive, with the average woman spending $750 a year on pads! That adds up, both for your wallet, and the environment.

Pelvic floor trainers coach you on how to do Kegels, but you still do the work. They don’t deliver stimulation and most are not FDA-cleared for treating incontinence. Vaginally inserted electrical stimulation devices, a different category of devices, do the work for you and are intended for treating incontinence. Unfortunately, both types use vaginal probes and require finding dedicated time and and private place for treatment. They can also be uncomfortable and include a risk of infection. Elitone is completely external, making it safe, clean and easy.

Vaginal mesh surgery (i.e., sling surgery) involves surgically inserting a plastic implant through the vaginal wall to provide support. Unfortunately, serious complications are common with these procedures, and many countries have banned them. Complications typically require surgical removal. Elitone is a conservative, low-risk, highly effective solution for treating incontinence. It’s also pain-free and costs thousands of dollars less than surgery.

Sacral nerve stimulation (for OAB) involves an electrical device that is implanted in your lower back. It stimulates nerves connected to the bladder, making them less likely to contract unexpectedly. Their effectiveness can reduce over time, requiring removal.

Kegels exercises are a great way to maintain your pelvic floor health, but 1/4 of women do them incorrectly, and the rest insufficiently. Weekly in office physical therapy sessions help, but weekly costs add up and can be difficult to schedule. Elitone does 100 Kegels each session, and it does them longer and stronger than you can on your own, allowing you to focus on other things.

50% of women on incontinence medication experience some dementia within 6 months. The drugs used to treat OAB must be taken continuously and often cause serious side effects, including increased risk of dementia and dry mouth. Those with fewer side effects are VERY expensive. *Cost from Rosetta Trial data. Amdesen CL et al.

Frequently Asked
Questions

Elitone is used at your convenience in the privacy of your home. A GelPad is placed on your perineal (pubic) area, then connected to a tiny controller. After putting on your clothes, clip the controller to your waistband, and press a button to start the treatment. During treatment, you can walk around and continue your daily routine. After 20 minutes, the controller turns off automatically.

Women report a tingling sensation where the GelPad contacts the skin. As the treatment intensity increases, Elitone users will feel a tightening internally, while Elitone URGE users will feel pulses for 6 seconds. After a rest period, this sequence repeats 100x.

Start by treating 20 minutes per day, 5x per week, for 6 weeks. After that, most women begin to reduce their use to a “maintenance” mode. This varies between women from a 1-2 times per week to 1-2 times per month. Just listen to your body and treat as needed.

We get this question a lot. A stronger pelvic floor does often lead to more sexual sensation or better orgasms. While we cannot make any specific claims regarding the use of Elitone, many customers (and their partners) notice a difference in the bedroom.

Elitone is FDA-cleared as a treatment for stress urinary incontinence in women, and Elitone URGE for urge incontinence. This means that it was found to be both safe and effective. The most common side effects are skin irritation and muscle fatigue, and these most often occur when the device is used more than the recommended amount. Both are typically addressed by taking a few days off from treatment. Click below to see the full list of contraindications, warnings and precautions.
