Please Note: It may take up to 6 weeks of consistent use at high intensity to see improvement (see User Manual for treatment plan).
Return Process:
1: Get your Return Authorized
- Click Start my Return button above.
- Select “Customer” > “Returns”.
- Answer a few questions to check eligibility via the Self-Service Returns Portal. Wait for the approval email.
- Otherwise: call 978-435-4324 (9-5 EST).
2: Prepare the Return:
- Follow the instructions in your Return Approval Email. Failure to do so may delay processing.
3: Ship to Elidah
- Return shipping is at your expense.
- Tracking is recommended.
Refund Details:
- No restocking fee.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return, as contents will be checked.
- Returns must be appropriately packaged and undamaged. Refunds will be reduced for misuse or missing items (more than 2 used GelPad packs).
- Any returns received more than 60 days from the purchase date may be returned to you or receive a partial refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
