We stand behind the quality of Elitone® medical devices. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a refund or replacement if RECEIVED back within 60 days of purchase from elitone.com. Returns from other websites must follow their specific policies. Note: It may take up to 6 weeks of consistent use at high intensity to see improvement (see User Manual for treatment plan). Return is not guaranteed and must be authorized.

Return Process:

1: Get your Return Authorized

  • Click Start my Return button above.
  • Answer a few questions to check eligibility. Wait for the approval email.
  • Approval only for the first device being returned (no rebuying and returning).

2: Prepare the Return:

  • Follow the instructions in your Return Approval Email. Failure to do so may delay processing.

3: Ship to Elidah

  • Return shipping is at your expense.
  • Tracking is recommended to check the delivery. We do not confirm receipt, and emails will not speed up processing.

Refund Details:

  • No restocking fee.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
  • Returns must be appropriately packaged and undamaged. A full refund includes up to two used GelPad packs.
  • Refunds may be reduced if more than two packs are used.
  • Returns after 60 days from purchase date may receive a partial refund.
