FDA-cleared Elitone and Elitone URGE are now covered by Medicare, providing even more access to women dealing with embarrassing bladder leaks. It’s time to be Boss of Your Bladder®.
While many women pay out-of-pocket for their device, Elitone and Elitone URGE are covered by Medicare, but requires a prescription (Rx). To get easy telehealth access you’ll need to follow 3 easy steps.
Before contacting a doctor for a prescription, we recommend answering a few questions to:
This step is optional, but helps route you to the correct next step. (You may see some similar quesitons again during teleheath evaluation).

Why is this important?
Elitone and Elitone URGE may not be right for everyone due to certain medical conditions. Completing the eligibility questions helps determine whether you may qualify for a prescription. If you have questions after completing the check, please contact your healthcare provider.
What if I don’t have Medicare Part B (Original Medicare)?
We are accredited to bill Medicare Part B (Original Medicare) for Elitone or Elitone URGE. If you have a different insurance plan, including Medicare Advantage, we will work with your provider to determine coverage and any prior authorization requirements.
When your device is processed through insurance, any patient responsibility amount (such as coinsurance or deductible) is applied toward your plan’s annual deductible and out-of-pocket maximum. This means that even if you have some upfront cost, the amount you pay is credited within your insurance plan.

We’ve partnered with MD Integrations, a licensed telehealth provider, to make getting a prescription (Rx) simple.
What happens during this telehealth visit?
You’ll complete a short online health questionnaire on our secure partner site. A licensed, board-certified physician reviews your information to determine if Elitone or Elitone URGE are appropriate for you. Most patients do not need a scheduled video visit, but you may message the physician if follow-up is needed.
How much does it cost and what do I need to get started?
The telehealth consultation costs $22, which is typically less than most in-office copays. You’ll need a photo ID to verify who you are and basic medical and bladder leak history information to complete the forms – about 10 minutes.
How long does Step 2 take?
The doctor doesn’t start the review until you’ve provided all the required information and completed payment for the visit. Check your email for messages from “Elidah (Elitone)” with instructions for how to upload any missing information. When the process is delayed, it’s often because a patient didn’t upload a picture ID.
After completing your intake form, the doctor typically gets back to you via email within 1-2 business days (but this can vary by state).
if you receive a prescription, YOUR NOT DONE! To keep the process moving, continue to Step 3!
This step is required to move forward.
We can’t confirm eligibility or process any co-pay until we receive your insurance details. Have your insurance card(s) ready and upload them here — it only takes a minute.
How long does Step 3 take?
We can’t proceed until we have your insurance information. So upload it now. If you have Medicare Part B, we’ll also ask you to electronically sign a few forms.
Once we have that, we’ll check your eligibility and get back to you with any out-of-pocket payment you’ll need to make. After uploading your insurance info, you should hear from us via TEXT/MOBILE or EMAIL within 2-3 business days. It’s very important that you respond quickly. Your case is put on hold until you reply. The sooner you respond, the sooner we can get you your Elitone.

What is my out-of-pocket cost?
You will be responsible for any co-pay. For Medicare patients without secondary insurance this is typically around $150, which can be as low as $12/month in a payment plan for 13 months. If you have another type of insurance we’ll work with you to find the best payment option.
